Production Team Leaders – Night Shift

Our client is an innovative and trusted manufacturer and supplier of specialised procedure packs and vascular access devices to hospitals across the world. They are proud of our achievements but they never sit back on their laurels, as they strive to continuously improve in all aspects of the products and service they give to their worldwide base.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for Team Leaders to join their new Night Shift where you will manage the cleanroom team, ensuring that safety, quantity, quality, cost and delivery targets are achieved and customer needs are met.

They are looking for people who have a positive and willing mindset, and are adaptable and flexible. With previous experience of managing and leading teams, you will be computer literate and will ideally have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.

Working hours for the role are Monday – Thursday 9pm – 6:30am totalling 38 hours per week.
