Our client has exciting opportunities for experienced insurance professionals to join their London office as their Account Handler and Account Executive.

Joining as their Account Handler, you will provide an excellent service to a portfolio of clients, covering all aspects of their insurance arrangements. you will provide advice and support on their queries and help to increase their insurance income. With excellent negotiation skills, you will confirm terms and quotations, ensuring any renewals remain competitive and identifying opportunities to cross-sell other products. With great attention to detail, you will accurately input all relevant data into our insurance software, ensuring that all instructions are processed and recorded.

As their Account Executive, you will proactively promote their non commercial products, ensuring clients’ full insurance needs are met. Working to regular targets, you will be responsible for client retention and growth, ensuring that they continue to exceed their expectations.

For both roles, you will have demonstrable experience in a commercial insurance broking environment and be accustomed to achieving results and delivering exceptional service to clients.

You’ll be confident and proactive with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients, insurers and your work colleagues. A team player, you will also be able to work autonomously, planning your own workload and adapting to sudden changes in the priorities. With good general IT skills, you will be quick to learn our insurance software (Acturis) and keep up to date with technical, legal and market developments.
