Our client would particularly be interested in hearing from candidates who have worked within an accounting function, and who would like to make the move from using accounting software to supporting an accounting software application.

Our client is a globally operating provider of leading software solutions for investment, asset and property management clients in both the Commercial and Residential sectors.

Our client will provide you with a structured training programme, taking your level of experience into account, to enable you to perform at your best.   

The Role:  

As a Customer Support Executive, you will provide a high-quality service to customers using our client’s accountancy application.  

In this key role, you will take customers’ needs into account, build a strong understanding of their business requirements and help them to take full advantage of our client’s software.  

Specifically, you will:  

- Analyse customers’ problems and determine the best way to resolve them  
- Build positive, long-lasting relationships with customers  
- Prioritise queries and advise customers on the status of their issues  
- Escalate issues as required  

About You:  

To be considered as a Customer Support Executive, you will need:  

- Knowledge of financial accounts, including an understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes   
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills  
- A great eye for detail  

It would be great if you had customer service and/or account management skills, but this is not essential. Experience in the property industry would also be beneficial, as would the ability to interrogate databases using Structured Query Language in SQL Server environments.  

Our client would love to hear from you if you’ve worked as an Accounts Clerk, Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Finance Clerk, Accountant, Accountancy Assistant or Accounts Technician.
