Our client has an opportunity for an organised and meticulous individual to play a crucial supporting role in the HR team with exposure to a wide range of HR initiatives and projects. It is a busy and varied role with an emphasis on all HR processes including recruitment, new starter / leaver documentation and maintaining and updating training records. You will play a key role at each stage of the employee life cycle, from on-boarding to supporting and promoting wellbeing initiatives. Working to best practice and continuous improvement, you will ensure that we adhere to legislation and work closely with other departments, and that we create an engaged workforce, to be an employer of choice. With great attention to detail, you will be expected to accurately input all Payroll information and be the first point of contact for any pay related queries.

With experience in a similar HR role, ideally you will have a Level 3 CIPD or equivalent professional HR qualification. Confidence with computers is essential, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and Outlook); experience of HR related industry software would be advantageous. You will have a can-do approach with a passion for all things HR and employment law, with the ability to thrive in a busy and ever-changing environment. You will be accustomed to dealing with sensitive and confidential information and build strong, effective working relationships.
