This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Red Recruitment 247 Limited who are acting as an employment agency. Our Client specialise in supporting the clients of insurance brokers and intermediaries, listening to and understanding the specific needs of their clients to ensure quality client experience and best possible resolution following motor incidents. They are now looking for a full-time Hire and Lease Administrator to join their team.
Job Purpose:
The role includes management of supply chain, supplier and client relationships and arranging and overseeing rental vehicle provision to ensure client and legal requirements are met. You will work as part of the Hire and Logistics team to organise rental solutions for our non-fault accident victims. The role includes working with our external business partners including Insurance Companies, brokers, vehicle repairers and vehicle suppliers to ensure the smooth and effective solution for our client.
Client Profile:
Established local business looking to employ individuals to join our growing Hire and Logistics team. The business provides bespoke insurance claims handling and management services to a network of nationally based insurance intermediaries and commercial clients.
Main Accountabilities:
• Working with customers to understand their rental vehicle requirements and organising the solutions through our supply chain.
• Review supplier performance against internal KPI's to ensure that service levels are met, providing meaningful feed back to the supply chain regarding requirements and failures if required.
• Involved in the souring and signing up of new accounts as required to further enhance the supply chain
• Liaising with external companies such as our lawyers and broker partners to provide robust information and case management allowing them to assist in the settlement of our clients losses
• Administration and case diary management of a designated case load within our own, in-house system.
• Work as part of a team to ensure that Service Level Agreements held by us, with our client base is met and exceeded.
• Work with clients and external partners to ensure that comprehensive documentation and monitoring notes are obtained and recorded accurately for the settlement of Insurance Motor claims in line with industry guidelines Requirements Essential
• Good level of education - at least to GCSE level or equivalent • Customer Service experience
• Proficient in MS Office • Communication skills
• Competent in IT
• Strong Negotiation
• Ability to overcome objections Desirable
• English & Maths GCSE
• Experience of Insurance and / or Legal industries.
• Experience of working in the vehicle rental or motor trade industry.
• Understanding of the automotive industry
