CE Class 1 Driver ( Nights)

We are actively sourcing category C+E Class 1 Drivers for one of our contacts in the North Yorkshire area. This is a varied role, however they are currently looking for night drivers in particular. This client runs caged and palletised product from their distribution centre, and delivers out to store locations across the north of England

Duties include, but are not limited to:

* Daily vehicle checks
* Ensuring delivery and compliance paper work is completed correctly
* Communicating with the traffic office regarding collection and delivery times.
* Ensuring the load is correctly secured
* Following health and safety procedures and ensuring they are adhered to at all times
* Comply with all EU driving hours legislation
* Supplying a first class customer service at each and every customer
* Aiding with route planning when needed
*
To apply for this role you must process the following:

* A current C+E licence
* No more than 6 penalty points
* A valid Digi Card
* A valid CPC Card

Rates of Pay:

* GBP11.00 per hour PAYE for the first 8 hours per day
* GBP16.50.00 per hour PAYE after 8 hours per shift (minus 45 minute break)
