Do you have excellent attention to detail or perhaps some experience within a production or assembly plant?
We're recruiting for a varied Production Technician job, working for a successful European Tech business in Bicester.
The Role
The purpose of the Production Technician will be to accurately assemble and test intricate technical devices, maintaining a high standard of work. Any similar experience would be great, although not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. The role will report into the Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Accurate assembly of products
- Wiring
- Fault-finding
- Cosmetic finishing
- Quality control
- Liaising with internal departments
- Working to strict deadlines
Skills & Experience
- Any experience from within assembly or production of intricate productions desirable, BUT not essential
- Able to follow detailed instruction
- Particularly good attention to detail
- Logical problem solver
- Can-do attitude and great listening skills
- Good communication
Benefits & Other Information
- 42 hours working hours per week: Monday-Thursday, 07:30am-16:30pm; Friday 07:30am-16:00pm. 30 minute unpaid lunch.
- 33 days holiday, including bank holiday (may need to work some bank holidays)

- Overtime paid at double time
