Job Summary
Staffstore UK is currently recruiting for an inbound sales adviser for a market leading brand in the insurance industry. Based in the centre of Chester our client have a modern office in a call centre environment.
Role and benefits overview
This is a targeted sales role. The purpose of the job is to convert leads into sales. Leads are predominantly inbound via a live customer transfer. You will also make outbound calls to clients for callbacks and follow up queries from either the website or email.
You will use an in-house system to record all detailed notes from your calls and process any up selling or new policies.
With this role been a targeted sales role, it does come with a basic salary of circa GBP24,000 and an attractive OTE potential of GBP34K +.
Responsibilities
* Achieve sales targets
* responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
* Effective management of workload
* listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
* challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
* reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
* attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues
* Any ad-hoc duties as required
Candidate Qualities
* Self-motivated individual
* Enthusiastic and passionate
* Excellent team working skills
* Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport with ease
* Ability to work under own initiative
* Ability to commit fully to the role and perform at a high level
