We have five vacancies for van drivers, to work for a distributor of pharmaceutical and healthcare products to locations such as schools, hospitals and prisons
- Van driver / Delivery Driver
- Depot in Bristol BS2
- Early starts - approx. 06:00
- GBP8.53 per hour
- Overtime paid at GBP12.17 after 39 hours (after qualifying period)
About the role
- Driving 3.5t vehicle
- Accurate and timely delivery of pharmaceutical and healthcare products
- Ensure that any difficult situations/complaints are escalated appropriately
- Maintain strict confidentiality of both company and patient information as required by the Data Protection Act
- Ensure excellent customer experience is provided at all times
- Keep the vehicle is clean and roadworthy in accordance with the Drivers Guide
- Ensure no stock or patient data is left in the vehicle overnight
The right candidate
- Full current and valid UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
- Ability to schedule and prioritise workload
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Confidence to engage customers in open conversation
