We are currently recruiting for a Temporary HR Advisor for a well established client based in Bootle, Liverpool. This is offering the hourly rate of 11.00 per hour, immediate start and weekly pay. To be successful for this role you must have experience of Case management, Employee Relation, Disciplinary and Absence Process.

This is a temporary role for initially 4 weeks with the possibility of being reviewed

The position is for Monday- Friday 35 hours per week 9am-5pm

About The Role:

* Provide a generalist HR support and advisory service to managers and staff across the full range of HR issues Sickness, ETs, disputes, discipline, performance management, employee relations, diversity and change etc.) In line with the standards and guidelines provided by HR and the Human Resources Manager so that effectiveness is maximised.
* Operational Performance : As directed by the Human Resources Manager, work with the regional management teams to ensure that the generalist HR service that is provided supports HR, regional and national objectives.
* Case Work : Personally deliver work agreed with the Human Resources Manager on a varied and/or complex caseload of HR cases/issues across the full range of HR issues (Sickness, ETs, disputes, discipline, performance management, employee relations, diversity and change etc.) within HR policies and guidelines.
* Trade Union / Support Group Contact : First point of escalation for the union (as recognised) in dealing with local HR issues.
* Training - To support the upskilling of managers in HR related matters to ensure thoroughness, consistency and fairness in the application of policy and procedure.
* Employment Tribunals - To assist in responding to Employment Tribunal claims.
* Service Delivery : Ensure that the service provided meets the required standards and objectives.
* Service + Performance Improvement : Identify the root cause of any service, performance and process issues or improvement opportunities and propose solutions to the Human Resources Manager.
* Reports : as directed by the Human Resources Manager undertake information gathering, basic research and analysis and prepare routine and ad hoc reports on any aspects of HR so that the AI management decision-making process is properly supported.
* HR Database - To input and interpret information using a HR database
* Project Work : As directed by the Human Resources Manager, work on/contribute to HR projects to support their successful delivery.
* HR Policy : Support the Human Resources Manager with developing HR Policy and accompanying training modules that are fit for purpose and are legally compliant. Deliver these training modules as required
* Record + Information Management : maintain own knowledge of relevant record-keeping and information management practices and requirements and keep records of own work and manage related information in line with those policies.

Essential Skills + Experience

* To be successful for this role you must have experience of Case management, Employee Relation, Disciplinary and Absence Process.
* CIPD Level 3 Qualified or working towards
* Significant HR generalist knowledge including up to date knowledge of UK employment legislation and case law.
* Expert user of Microsoft packages
