Electronics Designer
We have an exciting position for a Graduate Electronics Designer for a manufacturer of high precision systems.
The team
You'd be joining a small design team who have great expertise in mechanical actuator design but know less about electronics - board design & control software.
You
Will have a degree in electronics or robotics. You will be comfortable with high accuracy closed loop control systems using sensors and mechanics. You may have expertise in LabView and some programming experience (C++) This might be your first job.
You will have a positive attitude, be ready & willing to learn and to share your knowledge. The business have a structured training program in place which ultimately will result in responsibility for the latest generation of PCB design and control software for one of their most recent product
The opportunity
The aim is to initiate an electronics department who will work closely with the design team on every new job, so that in the future the business can be self-reliant in providing a full package without the need to outsource electronics.
The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to start off this process, gain knowledge from our very experienced electronics designer and may have the opportunity to build an electronics team around them as the work load increases.
This really is an excellent opportunity for a recent Graduate that is passionate about Electronics with flair to learn new skills
