Working for one of the UK's most well-known banks you will be responsible for;

* Advising, servicing and building customer relationships

* providing solutions through the streamlined investment advice proposition

* Meeting all needs and providing advice to new and existing customers

* Giving appropriate advice to ensure customers are

* Acting as a link between different areas of the business

Key Duties and Responsibilities;

* Champion the fair treatment of all customers

* Adhere to advice and submission quality standards

* Proactively manage conduct risk by reviewing personal key indicators and wider

* Safeguard / remediate customers and minimise risk to the business

* Ensure company complaints procedure is followed

* Deliver consistent and suitable outcomes for customers within the boundaries of investment advice guidelines

* Maintain and create customer loyalty by personally delivering exceptional customer service

* Share knowledge with colleagues

* Contribute to the development of a dynamic team environment

* Identify, analyse and recommend appropriate products and services to meet agreed customer needs

* Supporting other teams to deliver an excellent customer experience

The ideal candidate will have;

* Experience working within a branch for a bank or building society

* Proven problem solving and decision making skills

* A proven track record in achieving customer and commercial expectations in a branch environment

* The ability to manage loyal customer relationships and works collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business

* An approachable attitude

* The ability to interpret a financial information to ascertain the client's needs and deliver appropriate solutions

* A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of financial markets

* Be willing to work flexible hours to meet customer needs

Qualifications required;

* Full QCF Level 4 Financial Planning Diploma or be willing to work towards this

* A minimum of CII exams R01 and R02 to be eligible for this role

* A full UK driving license is desirable
