We are a local Independent Electrical Wholesale Company based in Bristol.

We are looking for a part-time Accounts Administrator, to join us on a permanent basis, working 25 hrs per week, over 5 days.

The ideal candidate will have good organisational skills and an excellent attention to detail. Experience of accounts software and ability to grasp a new IT package is beneficial.

The role consists of processing and data entry for the Sales and Purchasing ledgers, banking, cash reconciling, general office administration tasks, debt management. Managing new account requests and dealing with customer queries connected to the accounts in a polite/ friendly and professional manner, so good Maths and English skills are essential. To be able to work unsupervised , and on their own initiative is preferred. Own transport is required.

We are offering  a salary of £13,000 p.a. and 20 days holiday p.a. plus bank holidays. Mandatory pension scheme.
