Old Trafford, Manchester
Permanent / Full time 35 hours per week (Mon – Fri 9am-5pm + some evening and weekend work)

We are looking to recruit a manager with experience in Customer engagement, who can demonstrate skills and experience in analysis, research and innovation in relation to customer involvement. With enthusiasm, commitment, creativity and a high level of motivation, you’ll have experience of performance management and identifying value for money improvements. First class listening and communication skills as also essential.
