Latif International LTD, leader in antique and rare textile is looking for a Marketing Director who will do activities related to marketing and sales concepts, recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans, positioning, people management, sales planning, competitive analysing, understanding the market place, product development, client relationships, organising and attending the exhibitions and events, creative services and supply. To accomplish marketing and sales, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures. Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analysing trends and results; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand. Applicants with Farsi or Arabic language preferred.
Will be based mainly in Wembley and may travel internationally
