We have a great opportunity for you to join our reception team as a Guest Services Executive / Receptionist. This role involves you providing a memorable guest service and genuine hospitality at every stage of the guest journey; from taking the initial reservation to providing a warm welcome and making a lasting impression when your guests check out.
All we are looking for is someone who is passionate and enthusiastic, and understands how to provide excellent customer service. With has previous experience in a hotel or serviced apartment reception, you will have excellent communications skills both in person and on the phone, you will be a team player. This is a permanent full time position where you will work 8 hour shifts on a 5/7 basis.
