DURATION: Maternity Contract for Approximately 10 months to start in March 2019 

LOCATION: Castle Donington

SALARY: £9.50 per hour

HOURS: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 5:30 1 hour lunch  

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for:-

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE: A varied and complex role providing general administration support to the company with an accounts focus.

ROLE PROFILE:

• Answering incoming calls and taking messages where necessary
• Greet visitors and organise security passes
• Book meeting rooms via outlook for staff and organise refreshments and lunches as advised
• When necessary oversee the booking of travel arrangements such as car hire, hotels, couriers
• Maintaining staff supplies such as coffee/tea/water/milk and stationery
• Sort and process incoming and outgoing post
• Process monthly reports when required
• Maintenance and upkeep of the company mobile phone contract
• Any other administrative duties as requested
• Day to day accounts activities using Navision
• Raising/Receipting of Purchase Orders
• Processing all invoices on purchase ledger
• Raise invoices and credits on sales ledger and email customer statements
• Debt collection by phone
• External statement reconciliations
• Post company expenses

PERSON PROFILE:

• Must have good Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent timekeeping and the ability to work to deadlines
• A self-starter who can work independently and alone
• Can use their own initiative
• Previous experience of accountancy processes
• A polite and courteous manner with excellent communication skills
