Our client is one of the largest pension pools in the UK.  As one of eight national local government pools, they oversee the investment of pensions assets of £43 billion.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary PA to join them in Leeds City Centre.

Providing PA support to the CEO, and the other 3 chiefs where necessary, you will help to develop new office systems and processes from the ground up. Managing and prioritising the CEO’s diary, travel arrangements, phone calls and post/ inbox, you will help with reception cover, administer meeting room booking system and prepare conference rooms for meetings - booking lunches if required.

We need an experienced PA who has worked for a senior manager before and who has experience of working in a busy environment as well as strong awareness of confidentiality.

We are looking for a candidate with a flexible approach to take on PA duties, as well parts of the office management where necessary. With an eye for detail and  an understanding of the need for accuracy in a regulated business environment, you will be a team player, have excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook / Word / Excel / Power Point / Share Point) and English and Maths to GCSE, Level 2.
