Financial Accountant

We are currently recruiting for a well-recognised local brand who are looking for a Financial Accountant to join their team, reporting into the FD in this newly created position. The company has grown organically over the last few years and has a clear sense of direction moving forward which they would like you to be part of!

Duties will include:

• Produce the management reporting pack with balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis as well as supporting commentary
• Manage all transactional postings and reconciliation of company bank accounts
• Report cashflow monitoring and accrued income statements, including commission calculations
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting reports, including overhead management, gross margin analysis and revenue forecasting
• Responsible for VAT/HMRC submissions and associated payroll calculations

The role would suit a candidate who has already gained a solid background within accounts from ledger management up to producing month end management reports. We are looking for a fully qualified AAT who has the ambition to continue their individual growth within a supported and driven environment.
