Aquinas is a thriving Catholic Sixth Form College in Stockport with around 2000 FTE students.  The College wishes to appoint to the following to start as soon as possible:

Lay Chaplain – 37 hours/term time (plus 2 weeks)

Annual salary £23,851 – £26,330 (pro rata for part time). 

The Lay Chaplain will have primary responsibility for the day-to-day Christian life of the College. The person appointed to this post will need to have diverse skills and interests underpinned by a well-articulated faith. 

The nature of the role will require the person to be a practising Catholic with a strong faith and commitment to the college ethos.

Candidates must be innovative, enthusiastic and must meet the appropriate person specifications. The above appointments will be made on the Sixth Form Colleges’ Support staff Pay Scale (salary scale as specified with a pay award pending).
