Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who want to work in a fast-paced, lively high-tech company in a team environment to establish a new vertical. This role is on an advanced path programme to progress to an Account Executive role.
As a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be responsible for generating interest in Passageways by creating, contacting, and qualifying Marketing-generated leads using the best tools available. Your high-quality leads goal is directly related to time on job and team goals. The ideal candidates will be self-motivated and cool-tempered, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly learn about products and services and describe them to prospects. Responsibilities and Duties
- Exceed monthly Sales Qualified Leads
- Strategize with team to improve processes and share best practices
- Initiate conversations with potential clients via phone and email
- Create and manage a pipeline of prospects
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn complex systems or products
- Experience selling SaaS products (preferred)
- Driven and self-motivated
- Very organised and detailed oriented
- Great communication skills

£30k Base, £41k+ OTE
