Our client is run some of the UK's largest and leading leisure management operators. They are current going through a period of sustained development and are looking to recruit for the key position of a membership executive with duty management responsibilities to join their successful team. This role will be a split role and will require you to do 2-3 Duty Management shifts per week.

MAIN GOAL:

To promote the company vision, values, and beliefs, to deliver the organisations Sales strategy that enables the site to achieve its sales and data KPI's while capitalising on great customer service. To Manage day to day operations of the centre whilst on Duty Management shifts and to ensure H&S and Company Operating standards are adhered to.

Key Result Areas:

1.To proactively promote the consistent application of the company sales process.

2.To manage your own sales KPI's and ensure that they keep their site over any agreed target.

3.To manage and maintain your member database

4.To continuously action the administration of prospecting process on mrm

5.To work with the General Manager and manage the marketing requests and the promotional items for the site and ensure a workable marketing plan is available at all times.

6.To ensure all sales colleagues are fully trained with regular reviews.

7.Other tasks reasonably requested by the Area Sales Manager/General Manager
