We have an exciting opportunity for the ideal candidate to join our new Housing Services Team in the East region, we are looking for a person who can really ‘make a difference’ and working alongside our colleagues not only within housing but also across the business, developing a shared culture that goes hand in hand with our Group vision and values.
The Role
As a Housing Officer, you will work alongside out Lettings and Property Services Teams to lead on all new lettings from point of successful application and pre-tenancy to tenancy terminations ensuring the key performance indicators are met.
The key aim is in delivering a ‘heartfelt service’, you will truly ‘own it’ by doing what we say we will do with a real pride and passion. We want you to put the customer at the heart of everything that you do whilst being a key part of developing the team culture; being innovative and creative to drive forward a performance culture fostered to achieve our key aims and objectives in our neighbourhoods.
