NOTTINGHAM CENTRAL WOMEN’S AID (NCWA) Offers temporary refuge accommodation and support services to women and children affected by domestic abuse.
- Support Worker
32 hours per week £23,434 pa pro rata plus On Call rate (actual £20,267 pa) Responsible for the support of women and children within the refuge accommodation. The support worker will be expected to take all reasonable steps to ensure that the work with the women meets their individual needs
- Complex Needs Support Worker
28 hours per week £25,265 pa pro rata plus On Call (actual £19,117 pa)
The complex needs support worker will be expected to implement a range of interventions and support measures as part of an integrated package of health, therapeutic and social support to vulnerable women.
The availability to attend the Refuge in an emergency situation is essential.
Funded until July 2022 and November 2021 respectively, initially.
