Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Broxbourne

£22,271 - £24,745 per annum

Full Time

Up to 12-months maternity cover

B3Living is the largest independent housing association in the Borough of Broxbourne, providing over 4,600 homes across Hertfordshire and Essex. Our mission is to build a range of homes for social rent, private rent and shared ownership to counteract the local housing crisis and shortage of homes in our area.

We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the Sales and Marketing Officer in providing a comprehensive service to Homeowners in order to maximise income for B3Living.

Within this role, you will keep all IT systems updated to ensure accurate information is held on residents and provide reports as required, respond to initial sales enquiries for new build shared ownership, resales and Right to Buy, and progress sales from application to completion.

Further to this, you will use CRM and IT systems to assess applicants, progress sales and provide transparency, assist with marketing strategies for new build schemes and liaise with the Development Team to arrange viewings and ensure completions are managed effectively.

We are looking for a committed individual with excellent customer service skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ideally, you will have knowledge of property sales terminology and of affordable housing schemes. You must have a full UK driving licence for business purposes.

All our vacancies are open to flexible working arrangements.  We offer a competitive benefits package including generous leave entitlements and a personal pension scheme. We believe in the benefits of a diverse workforce and strongly welcome applications from those currently under-represented in the organisation, including LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) people, people with disabilities and people from black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds.

Closing date: 9am Monday 4th February.
