The Sue Ryder Neurological Care Centre Lancashire will be a purpose built centre of excellence in Neurological care and as Head of Clinical Services you will lead on the exciting introduction of Neuro Rehabilitation into the service while ensuring the delivery of high quality care we are known for. 

You will act as the Registered Manager and lead an expert team of multi-disciplinary care professionals who genuinely care for one another and will share your passion for providing compassionate, patient-centred care. 

As an excellent role model, you will be passionate about promoting excellence, continuous quality improvement and safety with in our Centre, demonstrating our values and behaviours. You must have significant experience of managing clinical staff and teams and have a passion for ensuring the provision of high quality, safe evidenced based care.
As a member of the Centres Senior Leadership Team you will play a vital role in leading change and delivering our vision for the new centre.
