We are looking to recruit a Digital Manager on a full time, 18 months Fixed Term Contract based in Central London and with a salary of up to £45k per annum.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Digital Manager to join the Food and Drink Federation (FDF) at an exciting time of transformation for us. We have started a large scale Digital Transformation Project which seeks to replace current systems and improve our users digital experience. We are replacing our Content Management System (CMS), CRM / finance system integration and developing a new website.

The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Digital Manager who can hit the ground running and be part of this important project, working alongside the current Digital Manager who is going on maternity leave later this year. You will be part of the core Digital Transformation project team ensuring that our new systems meet our business requirements and that the new website is successfully launched. You will also provide guidance and support through the implementation and change management process to our user base including training and documentation.

Along with a small digital team that you will manage, the existing CRM and website will need to be maintained and internal users supported while the project is underway. You will also work to increase the FDF’s profile online and the level of engagement with our website and other digital channels including supporting the commercial and membership team with their marketing activities.

The digital team is part of the FDF’s Corporate Services team that is the heart of FDF operations.


To be considered for this role you will need to be a self-starter that learns quickly with a passion for all things digital. You will have:
  • Strong experience of managing and growing digital channels and websites
  • Solid experience with CMS and CRM platforms
  • A good track record of providing progress updates and insights on data and campaigns – Strong knowledge of Google Analytics as advantage
  • Some experience digital marketing
  • Excellent relationship management and ability to work closely with various stakeholders
  • Experience with digital projects and Digital Transformation is a clear advantage
