Business Systems Support Officer
A global organisation are looking for a Business Systems Support Officer to work in the Rail Division
This is a full time contract based from Northampton. Client would consider applicants from Southampton as they do have an office there.
This is due to start as soon as possible, with flexible working hours. This will be rolling contract paying GBP12.00 up to GBP20.00 Dependent on proven experience
The Business Systems Support officer will report to Service Desk Manager and be responsible for the below:
- Participates as primary support liaison between the Business Systems Team and their internal external customers.
- Participates in providing support to customers by resolving semi-complex technical application problems.
- Participates in maintaining Service Desk Tickets so that recurring issues can be reported to product development.
- Handles requests and provides customer service, guidance and support for Rail Systems Bespoke applications.
- Responsible for correspondence, data management, analysis, reporting and answering requests
Qualifications, Experience & Technical Know How
Essential:
- Experience in Customer Service and Service Desk
- Good organisational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, including SharePoint Document Library
- Good knowledge of Maintenance Management/Asset Management systems, preferably Maxim
- Good communicator, both written and oral
Preferred:
- Good knowledge of Equinox/Maximo Maintenance Management Systems and supporting tools
- Proven experience of Rolling Stock maintenance IT & planning systems within railways or other Safety related industry
