Receptionist- Hull- Full Time (40 hours)- GBP16-18k DOE
Ever wanted to work in the hospitality industry or already do but want a change and new career prospects then look no further. My client is one of the leading Hotels in the area and as part of its continued growth and continuous bookings they are seeking a passionate and dedicated Receptionist.
The role and duties:
* Be the first point of contact for all customers, offering a warm and welcoming reception.
* Deal with any incoming telephone calls.
* Ensure a smooth process for all customers throughout the check in and check out process.
* Offering customers additional services and support where necessary.
* Helping and assisting other departments within the Hotel.
* General admin and data inputting duties.
The Person:
* Hardworking and dedicated.
* Flexible approach to work and self-motivated.
* Friendly and Enthusiastic.
* Good understanding of Literacy and Numeracy.
* Confident using PC and Microsoft packages.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The client is offering a competitive salary for a role of this nature, they also offer additional company benefits to include discount at other hotels within the group, additional day off for your birthday and more. The working days will be 5 out of 7 on a rota basis.
