Internal Sales Support
Location: Ely
Salary: Up to GBP21,000p.a.
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
We are recruiting on behalf of our client who provide solutions that get the world moving and help people lead active and healthy lifestyles.
This is an exciting and fast paced position. You will provide full administrative support to the UK Sales Team.
Duties:
* Creation of tender documents to assist the UK Sales Team
* Support with internal consumer sales calls and proposals
* Design of 2D Layout plans (full training given)
* Production of high-quality quotations within a target response time
* CRM management, ensuring customer records are correct and correspond with the customer accounts
* Follow current delegation of authority internal processes
* Ad-hoc reporting on a weekly as requested by Account Managers
* Actively co-ordinate research and generate leads for potential sales in line with current sales strategy across all markets
Candidate Requirements:
* Be confident in building relationships both internally and externally.
* Strong educational background, ideally to graduate level
* Sales support experience in a fast-paced environment coupled with previous experience in creating proposal and tender documents is desirable experience.
* Be proactive in suggesting improvements to the current methods of working.
* Promote a positive working team environment.
* Possess outstanding organisational skills with an accurate eye for detail.
* Have the capability to work well under pressure with challenging deadlines.
* Have broad knowledge of a range of Microsoft Office applications.
