Assistant Caretaker (Based at Wayland Academy Norfolk)
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
GBP 17,364 per annum
We are looking to appoint an Assistant Caretaker to join our team at Wayland Academy Norfolk. The role will be to support the Site Manager in the running of the building ensuring they are operational, safe and clean.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in an educational environment and have knowledge/qualifications in the Facilities Management sector and experience of dealing with hard and soft surfaces, repairs and maintenance and mechanical/electrical equipment.
Other duties in this varied role will include site open/lock ups and managing lettings with occasional mini bus driving a full licence with D1 category is essential.
