Marketing Campaign Manager role based Rugby (just off the motorway jct) up to GBP33,000 + Excellent bens
The role of Campaign Executive within the B2B campaigns management function will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a robust lead generation marketing management function within this excellent Professional Service business.
Duties and accountabilities
- Accountable for campaign activities in support of the group businesses (insurance, tax, law) and sector propositions
- Deliver multi-channel marketing campaign activities using a mix of direct mail, email, digital media, press, events, seminars, exhibitions, and other above the line media as may be required
- Support the delivery of a range of specialist sector propositions with launch and ongoing campaign activity
- Support the UK Sales and business development teams with a suite of campaign material that helps support sales growth
- Develop a 'test and learn' culture within the campaign management teams, driving improvements in efficiency and marketing ROI
- Ensure that all campaigns have clear objectives, performance measures, and reporting capabilities
- Manage internal and external stakeholders and agencies to ensure they support efficient and effective delivery of marketing campaigns
- Ensure that all marketing activities are developed in line with the company marketing procedures and financial promotions governance framework
Technical skills/Knowledge/Experience
The successful candidate will:
- Have a proven track record of developing and executing marketing campaigns and activities that drive results for multi distribution channel businesses
- Have experience of a wide range of marketing channels used to drive awareness, consideration, leads and sales
- Have experience in using insight and analysis to drive effective marketing activities
- Have an understanding and interest in the development and evolution of marketing advertising and media best practice
