Events Manager, Stevenage -
Our client, a reputable not-for-profit organisation based in Hertfordshire, is looking for an events professional with a passion for educational development to join their in-house marketing and events team full of collaborative and innovative thinkers. You will have boundless self-motivation and previous experience providing exceptional end-to-end event services, preferably within an educational setting for this stimulating role.
Reporting to the Head of Events - you will be responsible for the creation of an outstanding events calendar to contribute to the growth and progression of our clients' cause. This role will require a creative-thinker who is able to utilise outside-the-box initiatives to achieve optimal results. Your responsibilities will include:
*Complete event management - overseeing all elements of each event, right from initial inception, to implementation and final evaluation;
*Taking ownership of events marketing campaigns, including development of social media content in line with current initiatives;
*Utilising your leadership skills to proactively manage and develop a team of dedicated events;
For this role, you will be adept in both project and budget management - with a proven track record of delivering events on time and in budget; in addition to being an outstanding communicator with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, as well as third party suppliers.
