Our client is a leading national training provider and is currently looking for Business Development/Recruitment Consultants experienced in the Apprenticeship Training/Skills sectors; with vacancies in the following areas: London, Halifax, Sheffield, Durham, Stockport and Warrington

Job Purpose:
Responsible for the development of new employer business and the recruitment of apprentices in one or more designated sectors ensuring the achievement of the required apprentice starts in line with the required individual targets. Responsible for providing an excellent level of customer service with both the employer and learner ensuring total customer satisfaction leading to repeat business.

Skills/Experience:
Essential:
Good standard of secondary education, English and writing.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, reasoning and communication skills and an ability to connect with a prospect.
Good negotiating skills and able to close an opportunity to a successful conclusion with a prospect
Confident and have the ability to listen and understand and develop solutions aligned to the prospect needs
Sound administration and organisation skills.
Computer literate.
Well presented.
Car owner/driver.

Ideal:
Assessing Health and Safety Procedures in a Work Environment Qualification
Information Advice and Guidance Qualification
Some relevant sector experience
Previous QCF/RQF experience
Labour market knowledge
Knowledge in key market sector.
