PI Paralegal
PI Paralegal - A Leeds claimant PI department require an experienced PI Paralegal to manage a case load of MOJ and Fast Track personal injury claims and be responsible for
??Managing your own caseload of RTA PI cases including MOJ and Fast Track cases;
??Communicating with clients, insurers, expert witnesses, solicitors and informing clients & insurers of the claims progress;
??Pursuing claims through pre- and post- litigation stages (MOJ and Part 7);
??Making informed decisions on quantum/liability;
??Providing sound advice to clients on the best course of action;
??Complying with agreed service standards;
??Dealing with administration as required.
Upon joining the team you will be supported in a structured training plan to allow you to familiarise yourself with the company policies, culture and practice. You'll work closely with your line manager to develop your skills and experience to become a successful Paralegal and support you in working towards your career goals and ambitions.

??You will be able to work effectively within a team with good attention to detail and demonstrate a willingness to assist others.
Commitment:
??Previous experience of both a MOJ and Fast Track Personal injury caseload is essential;
??Previous case handling experience is required;
??You will be able to demonstrate self development within the legal sector;
??You will have a Law Degree and ideally an LPC or CILEx qualification, however other levels of education will be considered;
??Knowledge of P36 offers and the costs consequences and experience of court Applications, CMC's, etc. would be desirable but not essential.
