Kitchen Porter / Commis Chef
Salary: GBP15,500 DoE + Gratuities
45 Hours a week
Launceston, Cornwall
The Role:
You'll be working as a Kitchen Porter / Commis Chef within this well respected Country House Hotel. You will have a genuine love of food and a desire to get involved across all areas of the kitchen. The Restaurant of this lovely hotel caters for guests and non residents as well as a range of events from weddings and functions. Working under the Head Chef you will be learning from one of the best - developing your technical skills in this passionate and dedicated kitchen team. You will have a particular interest in presentation as you will be responsible for garnish.
Required Skills:
You must have experience of fresh food preparation
You must have experience of working across all areas of the kitchen.
Team work is essential, along with a passion for food and creative flair being a must.
Own transportation required.
The Package:
GBP15,500 DoE + generous share of gratuities
28 days annual holiday,
