This role is to grow and develop an existing team of delivery consultants supporting one of Gattaca's largest clients. With over 300 live vacancies at any one time, this is a fast paced and exciting environment. Following recent contract wins there are some major recruitment drives on the horizon. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference and generate significant growth for the business.
Key Responsibilities
?? Drive team performance and work with consultants to ensure targets are being hit. Provide support to those requiring assistance through coaching and training.
?? Driving growth by increasing fulfilment levels.
?? Developing team capabilities through ongoing training
?? Identify potential candidates to fulfil client's requirements.
?? Recruitment of new employees
?? Promotion of positive team spirit and cohesiveness.
?? Attending on site client meetings and conference calls.
?? Engaging with the client professionally at all times.
?? Candidate and process management

?? Must be target driven and have a competitive edge.
?? Must have excellent customer service capabilities.
?? Ability to multi-task
?? Superior communication and interpersonal skills
