Customer Experience Officer

Following a merger, our client now provides services for 100,000 customers and delivers one of the largest housing association-led new homes programmes throughout the Midlands and south west, with a planned investment of GBP1.5bn in 14,000 new homes over the next decade.
This is an exciting time to join them due to moving to the localities model within the next 12 months.
They are now looking for a Customer Experience Officer to join them in Tewkesbury.
Within this role, you will be responsible for the provision of an effective and efficient "Build the Home" process from booking property inspections, advising on any works required, and ensuring the prompt re-letting of all available void properties. Carrying out home visits, you will perform due diligence on new customers for suitability and affordability and guide them through the Home Induction process.
With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the successful candidate will have experience in an administration role and of dealing with customers ideally within a social housing or public sector setting. A competent user of Outlook, Word and Excel, you will possess GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent). The role would suit a tenacious and customer focussed individual with a track record of being self motivated and flexible. A full driving licence is also essential.
