We have an excellent position for an experienced motor trade Service Advisor to join this vibrant aftersales team in Oxford.

The Role
As a Service Advisor you will:
• Greet customer in a welcoming and professional manner
• Organise customer bookings
• Schedule vehicle services
• Track the vehicle through the workshop
• Update customers on the status of their vehicles
• Maintain a calm approach through busy periods
• Interpret customer comments and liaise with technicians
• Liaise with customers about any additional works required
• Estimate time and costs associated with repairs
• Manage customer complaints and respond to requests
About You
To be successful for the role of Service Advisor, you'll need:
• Experience as an advisor from within the automotive industry
• A passion for providing excellence in customer service
• To be an effective communicator
• The ability to work under pressure and in a timely manner
• Strong customer service and retention focus
• To be a highly organised, adaptable and effective communicator
• IT literacy
• A full, valid UK Driving Licence
Remuneration
In the position of Service Advisor, you will work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on rota.
• Basic salary of up to GBP25,000 per annum, depending on experience
• OTE to GBP30K
• Industry leading training and development programme
