An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Wiltshire Council's Digital transformation programme as a Dynamics 365 administrator on a two year fixed term contract.

We are working in partnership with Microsoft to build of a new customer facing digital platform, implementation of a new website, robotic process automation and all associated technical work streams.
About the role
Wiltshire council are looking for Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to become the subject matter expert within the business on a brand new Dynamics implementation as part of our digital transformation programme. You will be involved in the design, build, implementation, support and ongoing development over the next 2 years working within the business to improve existing processes and identify technical solutions which increase efficiency and performance.
Use expertise to deliver training and documentation. Collaborate with other teams to develop system integrations, data migration through user engagement and workflows to support business processes.
Integrating back office line of business applications into our new Dynamics 365 platform will be a key part of the role.
About you
Have at least two years' experience working in a previous role in Dynamics 365 CRM Administration with Experience performing Customisation and Configuration tasks with an excellent knowledge base in the functionality of Dynamics 365 CRM.
You will have experience with training of end users and working closely with stakeholders and will therefore be a strong communicator with the ability to work independently as the SME of Dynamics 365 platforms.
You will be required to have excellent prioritisation skills, attention to detail and have the ability to produce relevant documentation and standard operating procedures in line with the ITIL framework. Experience of C#, SQL and JavaScript is desirable.
