Residential Services Manager - Flagship site

We may have the perfect opportunity for you, our client, One Housing Group, exists to help people live better, they do this by creating homes for people who struggle to afford a place to live, they provide care and support to thousands of people in the community and they are looking for a Residential Service Manager to join their team based inLewisham.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for customer focused Residential Service Manager to work in a new development for the over 57s. There is no care assistance required on this site but the properties and grounds need to me managed and maintained. You will be customer focused as you will be the first point of contact for the residents. You will also need to be health and safety focused and have experience managing a small team. You will need to be experienced using Word and Excel as you will be managing all of the service charges for the site. This is predominantly a Monday to Friday role working a 35 hour week.
