We are looking for someone to come in and manage a range of online and office marketing campaigns to work towards growing future legacy income.The successful candidate will encourage and strengthen relationships with new and existing supporters in order to promote the importance of legacies and The Charity's work.This is a newly created role that is fundamental to ensuring the growth of future legacy income. The postholder will be responsible for the delivery of legacy online and offline communications which includes campaign management, collateral and content development and events.What you'll be doing:*Control, coordinate and oversee legacy marketing campaigns*Supporter journey management*Manage the delivery of the staff engagement programme*Manage one direct report and should develop their marketing and project management skills*Devise, develop and implement new legacy fundraising initiatives*Monitor, report and measure the marketing effectiveness of the activities delivered*Planning and budget management*Monitor and review correspondence to ensure legacy fulfilment correspondence meets the required standardsWhat you'll have:*A degree or equivalent standard*Previous experience in managing integrated campaigns and digital activities*Experience of managing marketing campaigns/activities*Line management experience*Previous experience of managing agencies*Proven strong campaign management and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously*The ability to develop new ideas into effective action plansInterested applicants should send their CV in the first instance to Ben Garner at Charity People
