Salary: Competitive basic salary + Realistic OTE of up to GBP30,000 (un-capped commission structure) + 22 days holiday (+ BH) + Perkbox retail discounts + Pension

Our fantastic Head Office location in Lichfield, Staffordshire has an exciting new opportunity for an Internal Recruiter. The majority of our recruitment is recruiting for sales individuals to work in one of our prestigious galleries. We look for the best and we're relentless in our approach to achieve this! We recruit for skills but most of all personality so we're looking for someone who has an excellent work ethic with a relaxed, warm approach to interviewing.

The Role

  • Monitor and manage a number of recruitment tools to ensure a cost effective recruitment approach, negotiating the best possible deals
  • Ensure recruitment adverts are up to date and are inviting and engaging to prospective candidates.
  • Proactively source and network with suitable candidates to build a candidate pool
  • Conduct telephone and face to face interviews with suitable candidates
  • Manage feedback via Managers and ensure the appropriate communication goes out to all candidates in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with the preferred supplier agencies and manage the relationship moving forward
  • Report monthly on time to fill rates, number of new vacancies and update key Managers on candidates in the process.

You

  • Previous experience within a recruitment role, ideally an in-house role, is essential.
  • Experience of recruiting for sales/retail roles is advantageous.
  • Experience of telephone interviewing/face to face interviewing
  • Experience using different recruitment tools to source candidates including the use of social media
  • Highly proactive approach, passionate about recruiting and providing an exceptional level of support
  • Highly organised, ensuring all interviews and correspondence is sent to candidates and Managers in a timely manner
  • Able to work under own supervision and remain focused on recruitment targets and deadlines
  • Able to manage a multitude of tasks at any one time, prioritise effectively and work in an ever changing environment
  • Constantly challenge our processes and procedures to improve results
  • You need to have the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of people both internally and externally either verbally or written
