Are you wanting to get into HR but haven't got any experience? Do you have excellent administration skills and a great attention to detail? Come and join the HR Dream Team as a recruitment & HR administrator! You will be working closely with a small Internal HR and Recruitment function within a fast-paced business, allowing you to gain insight and exposure to difference aspects of the function.

The Role
You will provide support across a range of HR activities and projects, from recruitment to data management to administrating the review of our policies and handbook to onboarding and induction. No two days will be the same. Working closely with the HR department, the main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Support with the employee life cycle:
• Pre-screen candidates and provide appropriate shortlist to recruiting managers.
• Liaising with candidates and external partners as required.
• Coordination and support of the interview process.
• Offer letters and Contracts.
• Pre-employment checks.
• New starter on-boarding and induction.
• Probation administration.
• Admin with regards to leavers, calculating outstanding annual leave and arranging exit interviews.

Other generalist duties relating to other areas of HR:
• Assisting with note taking in meetings, that may sometimes be of a sensitive nature, such as disciplinary, performance, absence and grievance issues, including preparation for and presentation of appeals.
• Providing crucial administrative support including filing and printing information.
• Supporting with compliance procedures.
