A financial services company is looking for a KYC officer to join their team in Milton Keynes, starting in Q2/Q3 2019.
The role requires the successful individual to assist in updating and maintenance of KYC/KYB frameworks. In addition, the individual will be working on the 1st line day to day, providing excellent customer service, interacting with a variety of customers, supporting the on-boarding and ongoing validation of new customers. Furthermore, the individual will have a pre-existing working knowledge of operating in a heavily regulated environment and experience working with policies such as Treating Customer Fairly, FCA conduct of Business etc.
Experience:
- With KYC, KYB and AML and handling, on-boarding and reviewing with businesses and individuals.
- Knowledge of FCA, PRA and Joint Money Laundering Steering Group guidelines
- Managing CDD and EDD cases, with the knowledge of when to escalate cases to senior management
- Working with external due diligence systems, such as CIFAs, C6, World-check, Dun & Bradstreet, Call Credit.
