1.0 FTE Quality Manager (Maternity Cover)
* Salary GBP36,519 - GBP39,904 per annum
* 37 hours per week Maternity cover

The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective leadership and management of College quality assurance systems and to work closely with Senior Management in promoting a culture of self-assessment and continuous improvement in support of the College's strategic and operational objectives.
Reporting to the Director of Quality, you will be committed to promoting excellence in the quality of standards of teaching and learning and contribute to the evaluation of teaching and learning, including carrying out lesson observations, learning walks and desk based quality reviews.
The College offers an excellent pension scheme (TPS) and the post holder will receive up to 50 days' paid leave per annum (pro-rata).
