Assistant Night Manager (Hotel, Hospitality)
Our Client is looking for an experienced, engaged and passionate Assistant Night Manager to deliver exceptional guest service throughout the night shift at The Cannon. You will have exceptional people skills, a passion for helping people and will be able to think outside the box in a challenging situation.
Representing our Client brand and able to take ownership and responsibility of the spectrum of duties with special attention to communication and respective follow-up, you will be the “go to” person for guests, contractors and visitors and will meet and greet people, manage queries and will handle the day to day operation.
If you have previous experience in a customer focussed role, specifically hospitality or retail, coupled with supervisory experience then they would love to hear from you! This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader, someone who is not afraid to get stuck in and help, who has a high attention to detail and is a team player.
