Penguin Recruitment are delighted to represent an established firm who are seeking a talented Town Planner to join the team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, retail, education and leisure planning projects.
The firm in question are a medium sized company who hold an excellent reputation within the market, and are able to offer a flexible working environment and friendly and welcoming culture.
As a member of the team, you will help to offer expert planning assistance, produce planning documents and development appraisals, as well as attending site visits and appraising sites for development suitability. You will have the opportunity to work in a public and private capacity, and will have the opportunity to work flexible hours.
You will need:
* An RTPI Accredited Degree
* An MSc in a relevant planning qualification
* 2+ years of experience within the planning sector.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* A Full UK Driving licence
