A reliable and dependable Office Manager is sought to join an expanding training company, based at London Limehouse Marina, (Canary Wharf West - E14) and overlooking the Thames, 5 minutes from train stations (DLR and c2c).

You will have strong organisation and administration skills and proven experience in task management in a similar role, along with strong communication and project management skills. Job Role: Duties & responsibilities
The following are the core aspects of the role, which once mastered, can be developed and improved, depending on commercial need, with direction and support from the commercial team:
Co-ordinating the smooth running of day to day office management and client training events, including but not limited to:
- Supporting training event related requests
- Administrative and Logistical co-ordination
- HR documentation
- Event logistics – (including being collaboratively involved in co-ordinating and supporting all aspects of day to day operations, materials, suppliers, refreshments, etc)
- Support various Team Managers in related commercial priorities as they arise:
(Commercial Team, Sales Support, Customer Services, General Management, Training Management)
Action and manage the day to day administration and accounting to budget
- Monitoring & responding to accounts related email
- Printing invoices, data capture & filing
- Processing, reconciling and banking client /supplier invoice payments, including debt management
- Supplier sourcing and management
- Monitoring stock levels & placing orders with suppliers, co-ordinating deliveries
- Receiving & processing post
Your Skills & Experience
- A degree, or equivalent experience
- Strong organisational, administrative and logistical co-ordination experience ability in a commercial environment
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Email)
- Effective communication skills, excellent written & spoken English with an ability to solve problems
- Ideally a few years’ management experience
- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Customer focused & service orientated
- Thorough, with an eye for detail
