Administration Manager required for busy accountancy practice in Beeston.

Main responsibilities include:

• Answering telephones, general reception duties, dealing with client queries and messages

• Secretarial duties (client letters, minutes and reminders)

• Maintaining and update client database including processing new clients

• Collate staff expenses

• Filing Companies House secretarial submissions

• Recording and reconciling petty cash

• Processing credit card payments

• Monthly invoicing

• Other ad-hoc duties Ideal candidate should be

• Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Have excellent organisation skills and ability to communicate well

Hours 9 – 5 Monday to Friday
